In the journey of providing warmth and holistic care, the Educators at Apple Blossom Day Homes have had varied experiences. Take a look at what they have to say:
We hope your family enjoys many happy moments over the holiday season. May your days be filled with love and laughter. All the best to you and yours!
Our Educators attended a conference this weekend surrounding the Emergent Curriculum. Check out the most common words they used to describe their image of the child!
Take a look at the following article that explains why a child’s sense of wonder is so important: https://rainorshinemamma.com/why-we-must-protect-and-nurture-our-childrens-sense-of-wonder/

Happy Early Childhood Educator Day! We can’t thank our Educator’s enough for all of their hard work and dedication they put into their programming each and every day.
They say that the experiences a child has from the ages of 0-5 will shape them for the rest of their lives. Our Educators care deeply about giving your child the very best start to life.

One of our Educators incorporates something called “open snack” into her daily programming. This means she allows the children to decide when they are hungry; snack time is not mandatory. The children are also able to make their own selections of healthy snack options. Check out her sample menu that the children “order” from! This is an excellent way to show children they are valued members of society and mighty learners and citizens.
With the world moving in the direction of social media, we have decided to migrate over to Facebook! General feedback is that it is easier and more convenient to see ideas, programming, and the excitement that comes with our day homes on Facebook, rather than having to visit a specific website. You will now find new and exciting information on the Facebook page rather than on this blog. Check us out!
