Please be aware that the monthly payment due date will be changed, effective August 1st 2013. This change is necessary due to Apple Blossom Day Homes’ switching accounting programs.
Further to this if you pay by cash or cheque, please note that effective August 1st 2013, your account must be paid in full by the 5th of each month.
Please remember that we offer electronic funds transfer or pre-authorized credit card payments for your convenience. These payment methods will be processed on the tenth (10th) of each month.
If your account is not paid in full by the due date, child care will be terminated effective the next day. Your day home provider will be instructed not to accept your child/ren and your spot may be filled by another child.
When your account is balanced you must contact the office to see if your child’s spot is still available.
These policy changes apply to all families/customers regardless of previous payment arrangements or personal circumstances.
