Subsidy

Apple Blossom does not make the decisions regarding your qualifications for subsidy. These decisions are made by the assessors with Child and Family Services Authority (CFSA). They can be contacted at 403-529-3100. For a rough determination of your eligibility, or to apply on-line, visit http://www.child.gov.ab.ca/childcaresubsidy. If you wish to file a paper application, just let us know as we have the necessary documentation in our office. You can also visit the subsidy office (located at #205, 346 - 3 St. S.E, Medicine Hat) for copies of the forms, or assistance.

Once you have received notification of subsidy approval, parents MUST submit a copy of this approval letter to Apple Blossom, so we can make the necessary billing adjustments.
